Education Recruitment Consultant Primary / Secondary – Warrington

This is an opportunity to work for a specialist Education Recruitment agency based in Warrington.

You’ll be working in a team of experienced education Recruiters and based on your experience and preference you will work on either a Secondary desk or Primary desk there is also an option to work on a SEND desk so long as you have specific prior experience

This is working for a leading education recruitment agency with multiple branches across the Uk and overseas.

Currently, the business for the Warrington area is covered from another regional branch however is at a level that warrants a physical branch opening.

The role is for a full 360° recruiter, you will have a compliance team to allow for more focus on running a desk and working with clients and candidates.

There are a variety of working hours available to allow for flexibility. Hours are also reduced during the school holidays.

Applicants must have education recruitment experience or have relative transferable skills and knowledge.

As a recruiter, your role will involve advertising for teachers, cold calling, business development, some compliance, schools visits, interviewing teachers and offering a consultative approach with schools.

This is an agency that encourages recruiters to come up with exciting and new ways to engage with schools and teachers, they don’t have KPI’s for call targets as each consultant works differently some may make 50 calls to book a school visit, for example, were others only need to make 5 calls.
