The Opportunity
This role centres around an established SEND desk currently generating approximately 200 supply days per week, primarily supplying schools throughout Worcestershire.
This is a genuine warm desk with long-standing school relationships, regular bookings and excellent earning potential from day one.
The business is happy to appoint either a Billing Manager or a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant.
Billing Manager
As Billing Manager, you’ll inherit the established 200-day SEND desk while leading an experienced team of four recruiters.
The majority of the team are experienced, knowledgeable and largely self-managing, allowing you to focus on growing the business rather than dealing with constant day-to-day management issues.
The team also includes one junior recruiter who has made an excellent start and continues to develop well.
Senior Education Recruitment Consultant
If management isn’t your ambition, you’ll still inherit exactly the same established 200-day SEND desk.
This role allows you to focus entirely on building relationships with schools, developing existing clients and maximising your own billings without management responsibilities.
It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced education recruiter who enjoys billing and wants the security of joining a successful agency with a warm desk already producing revenue.
