Education Recruitment Primary Consultant-Southampton

This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and established Teacher Recruitment agency based in Southampton.

You will be working in a friendly team which supplies Teachers and Support Staff to schools covering SEND, Secondary or Primary.

You will be taking over a very warm Primary desk which has in the past has consistently hit 200+ days a week.

The basic salary is up to £35,000 with a realistic OTE up to £60,000+ with uncapped earning potential.

The type of person that we are looking for will have a positive attitude coupled with hunger and desire for the role, applicants from other sectors are very welcome to apply this really is about finding the right person everything else can be taught.

The reason the position has come about is due to the fact that it was being serviced by a consultant working part-time however this has method has proved to be difficult to properly manage and lacks consistency so a full-time consultant is required.

You will be given the opportunity to enhance your career through continual development and training, promotions are based on merit with clear milestones and targets to aim for.

This is a full 360° that involves recruiting and advertising for Teachers, contacting schools for their day to day and long term supply needs, developing existing business with user schools and promoting your services to new schools through phone calls, emailers, and face to face visits.

You will have support from the Branch Manager and Administration/compliance teams.

Compliance is carried out centrally, teachers are cleared quickly and thoroughly to the highest standards meaning a quick turnaround from interview to placement.

Along with an attractive salary, this role has a commission structure that is financially very rewarding and one of the highest in the industry going up to 25%.

There is a friendly team of 6 in the office, they work together as a unit each persons success is a success for the branch
