£40,000 – Education Recruitment Consultant – Sheffield

This is an opportunity for an experienced Primary Education Recruitment Consultant to join a friendly, successful, and established Teacher Recruitment agency in Sheffield.

This is a very warm desk that will need a seasoned education recruiter to take over. A large Primary contract has been won which will see this desk grow into the 100s of days when it starts.

The desk covers supplying Primary Teachers and Support Staff to Schools across Sheffield and parts of Yorkshire.

Although being one of the newest branches in the company you will be joining a team that developed rapidly over the last few years and now sits seconded in the leader boards for the most successful branch in the company which is a remarkable achievement!

This is an independent agency that has been established for over 20 years with offices across the UK and abroad, as they are a noncorporate agency you will have far more flexibility and autonomy over your desk than you would with other agencies.

You will work 4 days in the office with one day a week working from home, however, if you do need to be at home for anything i.e appointments, important delivery, or something else the branch manager will not insist you come in and allow you to work from home, they are flexible it’s an agency that treats you like an adult.
