Service Delivery Manager MSP Opportunity

Our client is a leading education recruitment business with a growing Managed Service Partnership (MSP) division. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager MSP to support the ongoing success, performance and retention of key client accounts.

Reporting directly to the Director of Growth & Partnerships, the Service Delivery Manager MSP will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining compliance standards, managing stakeholder relationships and driving operational excellence across multiple accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised recruitment professional with MSP, RPO or workforce solutions experience who enjoys building relationships, improving processes and ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.

The Role

As Service Delivery Manager MSP, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of client accounts whilst acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Working closely with recruitment, compliance and leadership teams, you will ensure client expectations are exceeded whilst maintaining high levels of service, compliance and fulfilment performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of MSP accounts
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Ensuring all KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations are achieved
• Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Managing client escalations and resolving service issues
• Supporting onboarding and implementation activities
• Working closely with recruitment teams to improve fulfilment performance
• Producing regular client reports and service reviews
• Maintaining safeguarding, compliance and audit standards
• Supporting client retention and account growth initiatives
• Driving continuous improvement across service delivery processes
• Ensuring excellent communication between clients and internal teams

Service Delivery Manager MSP Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous MSP, RPO or workforce solutions experience
• Education recruitment experience
• Strong account management or service delivery experience
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing compliance and operational processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Confidence to challenge and influence when required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working to KPIs, SLAs and performance targets
