Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – Essex

This position is for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant, working for an independent, established education recruitment agency based in Chelmsford Essex.

You will have a warm desk to work on covering Teacher supply into the local area. You will have all the tools you need to attract top quality Teachers and Support Staff with the flexibility to offer your Teachers a highly competitive pay rate and charge a competitive rate to the schools you deal with.

Depending on your experience you will supply into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools or SEND Schools/PRU’s.

The aim is to grow your business organically. The agency is financially backed and secure and has been trading for over 12 years.

You will have a great deal of autonomy to run your desk allowing you to put your own stamp on it. The KPI’s and targets and realistic and achievable and you will have support from the Branch Manager who has many years experience working within the Education Recruitment sector.

To help you better promote the agency you will have marketing material, social media subscriptions and access to all the major job boards.

In terms of career development, there is the opportunity to progress to Assistant Branch Manager and to help to undertake training and development for more junior staff members within the branch.

As this role is for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant you will work closely with the Branch Manager and you will be acting Branch Manager when the Manager is out of the office.
