Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – North Chester

This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and established Teacher Recruitment agency based in the North Chester area.

You will be working with an established friendly team who supply Teachers and Support Staff to schools covering SEND, Secondary and Primary.

Due to the level of growth, an additional experienced Education Recruitment Consultant is needed to keep up with the demand. New people coming into the business will have a warm area and access to existing Teachers on the database.

This is a full 360 ° role and will focus on either Secondary, Primary side or SEND depending on the successful applicant’s experience.

This role is both Client and Candidate focused which involves recruiting Teachers and Support Staff, contacting schools for their day to day and long term supply needs, developing existing business with user schools and promoting your services to new schools through phone calls, mailshots and face to face visits.

You will have support from the Branch Manager and Administration team.

This will be a new office location due to an office merger.

The commission structure is financially very good and one of the highest in the industry going up to 25%. You can also earn additional annual leave, holidays and shopping vouchers.

• Shift pattern working hours 7.00am – 4:30pm, 7.30am – 5.00pm or 8.00am – 5.30pm (42.5 hours a week)
• Shorter hours during holidays 9.00am – 4.00pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm depending on which holiday. August is 9.00am – 3.00pm
