Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – Hertfordshire

This position is for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful, established Teacher Recruitment agency.

This position has come about due to increased growth and market penetration. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with the Branch Manager and deputise for them when they are away from the office. You will be involved in staff training and development, carry out 1s1’s and help the Manager grow and build the team further. You will also act as a mentor to junior members of staff.

If going down the Management route isn’t appealing to you, Senior Recruitment Consultants can also decide to simply just run their desks and still take advantage of promotion based on performance.

This role is for an experienced Recruiter that is used to managing their own workload and desk, one that thrives on having the autonomy to run their desk as their own business.

Due to recent success and growth in the branch, there are opportunities on both Primary and Secondary, your experience will determine which desk you would be working on.

Ideally, we would like to appoint a Senior Consultant for this role, somebody that has worked in, and understands the Education sector before and has a proven track record.

This role consists of business development, candidate attraction, compliance (a compliance administrator is in branch) school visits, attending education conferences and securing either short term, long term or permanent positions for teachers in schools across Hertfordshire
