Senior Business Development Recruiter – Cambridge

This is a position for a business development recruiter focused on engaging schools, trust LEA’s with a view to supplying senior-level candidates such as Heads, Assistant Heads, Principles, CEO’s.

This is a 180° position dealing and being part of the delivery team meeting clients.

There is a candidate team that successfully fills almost 100% of positions which they do predominantly through headhunting and attracting passive candidates that are not to the open job-seeking market.

The salary for the position is up to £60,000 basic + commission OTE £100,000, this is very dependent on experience.

The role offers a great deal of autonomy, once you have settled into the role there is the option to work from home and remotely so long as you work at least Monday of every week in the office.

The working hours are 8.30 am – 5.30 pm with the option to work some days from home.

The person required for the role must be self-motivated, articulate, polished and able to communicate with people in senior positions.

Somebody with a strong background in permanent recruitment and with education knowledge is desired.

You will have to confident present at a senior level to education Boards, multi-Academy trusts, LEA’s, clusters and other public and private education establishments
