SEN Education Recruitment Manager – Manchester

This is a position for an SEN Education Recruitment Manager to join an established Teacher recruitment agency looking to vastly increase the amount of SEN business they currently do.

This is a thriving branch with teams covering primary and Secondary, there is a small team covering SEN which you would develop and grow further.

This would be a great opportunity for somebody to step up from a senior recruiter level or even an existing manager within an SEN team looking for better financial rewards and recognition.

You will be starting with a small amount of business with positive relationships already in place with schools and PRU’s.

Managers are given all the tools and support needed to allow the, to go that extra mile for schools, although targets are in place these are for guidance and to help with structure, this isn’t an agency that is overbearing on KPI’s and targets.

As a none corporate agency, you will immediately feel less pressure, a more relaxed working environment and the chance to engage with your schools and candidates how you want to rather than persistently calling them to hit call targets.
