Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant – Leicester

This opportunity is for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join an established Teacher recruitment agency based in Leicester city center.

This role will involve working on a Secondary desk supplying Teachers and support staff to schools in Leicester City and Leicestershire.

The desk has a great deal of potential and it just needs a good pair of hands to build it back up, there is a good pipeline of Teachers and plenty of lapsed clients to re-establish relationships with.

Although a large agency with branches across the UK and abroad this is a relatively small team with plans to develop and grow.

This will be an opportunity to be the branch managers “ right-hand person”, helping with training junior team members. You will be acting as manager when the manager is out of the branch and helping develop the branch a person that is reliable that can be left in charge when needed.

There are plenty of opportunities to develop your own career through training and external industry-recognised qualifications.

This is a perfect job for somebody that has experience and success working within education recruitment.

KPI’s have devolved to branch level, they act more as a guideline to help junior members, more experienced recruiters are given complete autonomy how to run their desks with support from the branch manager if you need it.

• Term time hours 07.15am – 17.00pm Monday to Friday
• Schools holiday only work 4 hours a day
• £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary + commission

There is also a Special, Educational and Disabilities Need desk (SEND) available with the same agency.
