This role is for an Education Recruitment Manager to look after a Secondary and SEND division for an established teacher supply agency in Birmingham

This would be an ideal role for either an existing manager or somebody looking for their next big step up as full support and training will be provided.

This is a large agency with several branches across the UK and internationally covering several sectors. They have a wealth of experience and market presence, a fully equipped compliance, payroll, marketing, HR, and finance team behind them.

The office hours are flexible and can be 7 -4, 8 – 5 or 9 – 6 they also offer hybrid working after your probation.

You will have your own warm desk currently on around 80 days a week which you will earn commission from, you will also receive performance-based commission from your team.

The education division covers day-to-day, long-term, and permanent supply to schools across the West Midlands.

You must have experience managing or supporting consultants in the past as the main focus of your role will be developing your team around you in order to drive the business forward.

You will motivate, inspire and demonstrate your expertise as a recruiter in this highly specialist market.

There is work to do with this division however you will have a fantastic foundation to work on and the opportunity to mold a great team around you. Birmingham can be tough however you will already be on several PLS agreements and have a great database of clients and candidates to work with.

Along with managing the office, you will have full P&L control within Secondary and SEND.

Leading from the front you will have all the tools and support needed to make you and your team succeed.

The office is busy and set in the centre of Birmingham. Parking is available on a rota. The salary is up to £40,000 basic + commission + team commission as well as many exciting incentives throughout the year.
