This is a position at Regional Manager level to work for an education recruitment agency based in Melbourne, Australia.
This position is open to recruiters with extensive Education Recruitment experience and those based in the UK or Australia
Due to COVID restrictions and uncertainty over VISA’s the ideal candidate will be an Australian national or those with the right to live and work in Australia, however anyone with the correct experience is welcome to apply.
As a Regional Manager, you have responsibility for 4 locations and have 4 team leaders report to you. Each team leader will have 3/4 consultants under them.
The agency is on several PSL frameworks with 500+ schools to service, making a large part of the role high volume, fast-paced account management.
You will have at your disposal bespoke CRM delivery software.
The ideal candidate will have experience in running multiple recruitment teams, be hands-on, and approachable.
Although you won’t be expected to do any sales it might be prudent that you help with some of the larger, big user schools.
The schools you work with will be Primary, Secondary, and SEN.
The agency is also looking at Team leaders so even if you think this role may be too big you will automatically be considered for a team leader position.
Although it is preferable that somebody has education recruitment experience background applicants with experience in other sectors will be considered.

Salary for Regional Manager $130k to $150k AUSD (£71,386 to £82,400)
Salary for Team Leader $110 to $130k AUSD (£60,400 to £71,386)
In addition to your salary, there is also a team bonus in place to encourage teamwork.
