Teacher Resourcer – Birmingham

This is a position for a Recruitment Resourcer to work for a teacher supply agency based in Birmingham city center.

The role is focused on attracting teachers and support staff in order to supply them to schools across Birmingham and the west midlands.

You will attract Teachers by advertising on job boards and social media, recommendations by word of mouth, and referrals.

You will be working closely with the recruitment consultants and the compliance team keeping them up to date on the candidates coming through and working on any bookings they need filling.

It is imperative you have a positive, welcoming attitude as quite often you will be the first point of contact for any new teachers contacting the agency. It is as equally as important to look after your current teachers and support staff, building relationships with candidates is key to the role.

This would be an ideal opportunity for somebody that has worked within a recruitment agency in a similar role or a current recruiter that wants to move away from the sales side of recruitment.

This will be joining a busy, successful friendly team, you will have plenty of support training and development. The manager is a billing manager who is very hands-on and supportive.

To recognise the value a resourcer brings to the recruitment process you will be rewarded financially for each teacher you find and that is placed in a position typically a resourcer’s OTE is £32,000 a year.

The role also offers 1 day a week working from home. The hours of work are 8.30 -5.00 Monday to Friday with a basic salary of up to £25,000.
