Education Recruitment Consultant – Warrington

This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to work for an established Teacher Recruitment agency based in Warrington

This role covers all aspects of the recruitment cycle from sales calls, business development, meeting clients at various schools, advertising for teachers and support staff, compliance and interviewing teachers.

To help you with your desk you will have the support of the Branch Manager and the Compliance and Administration team.

The salary is very competitive and increases as you achieve set milestones. When your desk reaches 50 days a week that will trigger an increase in basic salary, hitting 75 days a week and 100 days a week will also trigger increases in basic salary.

The commission structure is one of the most rewarding and goes as high as 25%. Other incentives include company paid for holidays, monthly prizes, rewards and extra annual leave.

This agency encourages Recruiters to treat their desks as if it was their own business. You will have guidance and support and if you see an opportunity where you think you can increase your business or make things work better then you will be given all the tools needed to explore your ideas further and put them into practice. You won’t be micromanaged.
