Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – Preston

This is a position as a Healthcare/Medical Recruitment Consultant that is with an agency based in the Preston city centre.

Applicants must have experience of supplying either Nurses or Doctors.

The agency supply exclusively within the private sector, however, they are looking at also supplying directly to the NHS. It would be a great advantage if any applicants have experience supplying to the NHS

The agency mainly supplies Care Workers either to Care Homes or directly supplying care packages to the general public.

This is an agency that has a relaxed working environment, they don’t “sell” to clients instead they offer a more consultative approach. Somebody that is naturally good with people and can make clients feel they are getting a friendly service would be a good fit.

Consultants are offered a great deal of autonomy. You won’t be set call targets or KPI’s as they want somebody that is able to run a desk without the need to be micromanaged

The hours are 9.00 – 5.00 (can be flexible) and the salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience. No on-call.

There is free on-site parking and the office is within easy access of the motorway

This is a full 360° dealing with clients, candidates and some compliance and administration.

All applicants must have previous Healthcare Recruitment experience.

Depending on your experience they can offer either a Consultant or Senior Consultant position.
