Senior Primary Education Recruitment Consultant – Nottingham

This position is for an experienced Primary Education Recruitment Consultant, working for an established and successful Teacher Recruitment agency based in Nottingham.

The role will involve taking over a very warm desk which supplies Primary teachers and support staff to school across Nottinghamshire.

This will be working for one of the leading teacher supply agencies in Nottingham. They have built a name on supplying quality teachers to school whilst also providing an excellent service.

The person currently on the desk will be moving into a new area within the business meaning you will have a full and proper handover.

This is a very established education recruitment agency however not one that focuses on the overuse of KPI’s, consultants are given a great deal of room and flexibility to run their desk with the help of supportive managers.

The agency always makes sure they use some excellent marketing material, social media subscriptions.

You will have access to all the top job boards and a pipeline of overseas teachers from Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Australia and Ireland which are supplied through the agencies overseas branches.

In terms of career development this agency likes to promote from within, many of the Managers and Senior people within the business started as Consultants and gained promotion.
