Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – Leeds
This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and established Teacher supply agency in Leeds
The agency has a reach covering Leeds, Bradford, and Wakefield and they are also on the local PSLs for teacher supply.
There is plenty of room for growth with this position with the opportunity to become a team leader or manager, full training and development is at hand promotions are made on merit, rather than simply time served.
This is a full 360 ° role and will focus on either a Secondary, Primary, or SEND desk. There will be a resourcer in-branch and the current compliance within the company is excellent.
This role is both Client and Candidate focused which involves recruiting Teachers and Support Staff, contacting schools for their day-to-day and long-term supply needs, developing existing business with user schools, and promoting your services to new schools through phone calls, mailshots and face to face visits.
This is an office that works and supports each other, if you have put in the hard work into finding vetting, getting a teacher ready to work then you will have the opportunity to supply them first. When you go on holiday your desk will be properly looked after and maintained.
For those looking to develop a career leading to management you will have a clear career path to follow this is equally available for those that would prefer to just bill and run their desks, each person has an individual, tailored plan.
KPI’s although common within recruitment are used only for guidance, recruiters are trusted to have autonomy over their desks you will be the one the decides if you need to make a sales call, register candidates, arrange visits or send CVs out.
The commission is individual however there is also a team bonus in place which encourages teamwork.
The commission structure is financially very good and one of the highest in the industry going up to 25%.
If you are currently receiving a commission payment, guarantees can be put in place for your first 6 – 12 months.
An attractive basic salary exceeding your current one will also be offered with milestones to increase once you produce a pre-agreed number of days a week on your desk. There is also no threshold to hit to earn commission in your 1st year.
