Education Recruitment Manager – Bristol
This is a position for an experienced Education Recruiter to join an established Teacher supply agency with offices based around the UK and overseas.
Due to recent acquisitions, a position as a branch manager within the agency has become available, this will be running out of an office based in Bristol.
This role requires somebody local to Bristol and with a sound knowledge of education recruitment to take ownership of the existing business, you will have the flexibility to build a solid team around you.
This is a very established teacher supply agency and although large they have an ethos of making their staff feel part of the business, each person has an individual career development plan with goals and KPI’s tailored to each person as opposed to a “one size fits all” rule.
Although this is a manager’s position somebody that is looking for a step-up would certainly be considered as training and ongoing development is available.
Goals are clearly defined so people can work towards milestones that will further their careers, KPI’s are only used as a guide with many of the experienced recruiters in the business not needing to use them as they can effectively manage their own desks.
Your knowledge of the Bristol market will be key to how the business evolves, you will have a really good foundation on which to grow and develop your area.
You will have some excellent marketing material, social media subscriptions, and access to all the major job boards along with a pipeline of overseas teachers and support staff.
You will have a laptop, mobile, remote access to the company recruitment software, and a full compliance team to process candidates giving you more time to focus on clients rather than being bogged down with compliance issues.

- Basic salary up to £55,000 basic + commission
