This position is for an experienced Special Education Needs (SEN) Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful, established Teacher Recruitment agency in Birmingham.

You will be given a choice of a geographical area to work on and a healthy data base of cleared teachers and support staff.

This role is for a Recruiter that is used to managing their own workload and desk, one that thrives on having the autonomy to run their desk as their own business.

This role consists of business development, candidate attraction, some compliance (a compliance administrator is in branch), client visits, and attending education conferences to network and attract quality teachers.
