Primary Education Recruitment Consultant – Sheffield

This is an opportunity for an experienced Primary Education Recruitment Consultant to join a friendly, successful and established Teacher Recruitment agency in Sheffield.

This Primary desk has become available as the current person running the desk is moving into a none billing role.

The desk covers supplying Primary Teachers and Support Staff top School across Sheffield and parts of Yorkshire.

There will be an initial hand over period allowing you to spend time getting to know your schools, candidates, the recruitment database, I.T, and your work colleagues.

An integral part of this role is providing excellent service to your already loyal and long-standing clients along with winning new business in a competitive sector.

This is not a “sales based agency”  the culture is very different to other recruitment agencies,  consultants are allowed to run a desk how they want without being pressured into making a high number of sales calls.

You will have a full resourcing and compliance team helping you attract the best Teachers and support staff across Yorkshire.

The desk is very warm generating a decent amount of commission which would be transferred to you after your first month.

You will be working for a company that has been established for many years with branches across the UK.

The company offers a very competitive basic salary depending on your level of experience (up to £32,000) along with inherited commission.

Applicants must have experience in education recruitment, training can be given if you have never run a Primary desk before.
