Hybrid Recruitment – Senior Consultant – £47,000 basic
This is a role for a Senior recruiter for an established agency based in Manchester, specifically targeting the education sector of recruitment supplying teachers and lectures
Although the role is at Senior consultant level this will process into management as the team grows, this progress is already in the budget to happen and will give you time to work with the consultant you already have in your team and then bring on new people around you.
You and your team will be placing candidates into long-term, and permanent positions across Yorkshire
You will be reporting to the senior branch manager who will offer practical hands-on support and guidance
Your area has amazing potential and has the 3 largest PSL’s in the company, this does, however, require some development which the senior branch manager will help you with.
There are in total 10 recruiters in branch along with administrators and compliance.
You will be using a brand-new CRM system which is one of the best on the market, DBR’s are automatically applied along with references which cuts down drastically on your admin, it is a system designed to help you work more efficiently
The role is full 360, you will have your own warm desk, the agency is on several PSL agreements, 3 of the largest for the company with one client who has a 1.5 million agency spend a year. and you will have a dedicated business development manager who works on top-level negotiations securing new PSL agreements that filter down to you and your team to benefit from
- You will enjoy 2 days a week working from home
- Office hours are 8.30 – 5.00 NO early starts
- Commission is generous and uncapped going up to 30% with 10% paid on any perm placements
- The salary for this role is negotiable depending on your experience, they are in a position to offer an immediate increase on your current package
Recruiters will be considered from any previous recruitment background, ideally, somebody used to working on long-term/contact and perm placements (3,6 months +).
You do not need to be a current manager to apply for this role, senior consultants and team leaders are encouraged and very welcome to apply as management training and development is on hand allowing you to ease into the role when you are ready.
