- Team Size: Small, collaborative team of 3, with plans to expand to 10.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Hull branch, with the freedom to shape its direction and build your team.
- As the team expands, oversee training, development, 1:1s, soft KPI setting, and budget forecasting.
- Leverage a healthy marketing budget, social media subscriptions, major job boards, and a strong pipeline of overseas teachers and support staff.
