• For Current Managers: Step directly into the Recruitment Manager role with full autonomy to lead and grow the branch.
• For Senior Recruiters: Join as a Senior Recruiter with a tailored management training and development program to prepare you for a Branch Manager role.
• Open to Other Sectors: Candidates from other recruitment sectors are welcome, with comprehensive training provided to transition into the thriving education recruitment market, which has seen significant growth in recent years.

About the Agency

• Team Size: Small, collaborative team of 3, with plans to expand to 10.
• Work Environment: Non-corporate, relaxed atmosphere with a focus on customer care. No micromanagement, high call target KPIs, or unnecessary sales calls.
• Autonomy: Consultants and managers have the freedom to manage their desks and build relationships with schools and candidates in their own way.
• Specialization: The office supplies Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and SEND Schools/PRUs, with consultants specializing in each area for a focused, consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Hull branch, with the freedom to shape its direction and build your team.
• As the team expands, oversee training, development, 1:1s, soft KPI setting, and budget forecasting.
• Leverage a healthy marketing budget, social media subscriptions, major job boards, and a strong pipeline of overseas teachers and support staff.
