Lead a high-performing MSP delivery branch in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Our client is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager – MSP Key Accounts to take ownership of a major national account portfolio, leading a dedicated team of 12 to deliver exceptional fulfilment, service performance, and client confidence.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role at the heart of a high-speed MSP delivery model — perfect for a driven people leader who thrives under pressure, loves solving problems quickly, and consistently delivers outstanding results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Account Ownership

Manage and deepen senior client relationships across high-volume national MSP accounts

Act as the trusted escalation point for workforce planning, performance, and service issues

Run structured service reviews, governance meetings, and KPI reporting

Ensure service excellence is delivered consistently and contractually met
High-Volume Fulfilment & MSP Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery across national key accounts with rapid daily demand

Drive pace, quality, and compliance in a high-pressure 7:00–9:00am fulfilment window

Monitor workflows, shift priorities, and unblock issues in real time

Maintain calm, control, and clear communication during peak volume periods
Branch & Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 12 within an MSP specialist branch

Set clear goals and run daily/weekly performance rhythms

Build a positive, high-energy culture aligned with service excellence

Support hiring, onboarding, and capability-building across the branch
Commercial & Performance Accountability

Manage all KPIs: fulfilment, speed, quality, compliance, client satisfaction

Own account health, retention, and opportunities for growth

Forecast risks and escalate proactively with solutions

Ensure strong commercial awareness and confident decision-making
Process, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Maintain governance, audit readiness, and accurate reporting

Spot process gaps, implement improvements, and drive continuous optimisation

Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Compliance, Finance, Sales) to keep delivery seamless
Working Pattern

Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Style: Hybrid — mix of client site, branch location, and WFH
-
Peak Window: High-speed fulfilment typically between 7:00–9:00am

What You’ll Need

Proven leadership experience in MSP, RPO, or high-volume recruitment

Strong track record running busy, fast-paced accounts with rapid fulfilment

Excellent client management and escalation-handling capability

A confident people leader with coaching experience and high-performance mindset

Commercially sharp, KPI-focused, and comfortable owning outcomes

Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise at speed
