Senior Education Recruiter – West London – Hybrid

This role is for an experienced education recruitment consultant to join an established teacher supply agency in South West London

Due to organic growth, a role has opened up for somebody to join their Buckinghamshire and Berkshire team.

You will work alongside the Sales manager who has built this team from the ground up, you will help manage and develop the existing consultants and deputies for the Manager when they are out of the office in conjunction with running your desk.

Compliance is completed in-house in conjunction with a full back-office support team. Teachers are processed and cleared exceptionally quickly and to the very highest standard.

The role is hybrid as you will work Monday and Fridays from home, this gives you a little breathing space and no travel at the start and end of the week.

Office hours are either 7.00 – 4.30 or 8.00 – 5.30 Reduced hours during school holidays are 9 – 4

The salary is negotiable, you will initially receive an increase on your current salary and will enjoy a competitive commission structure.

The interview process will be an initial informal phone call, then a Zoom conversation, and if that goes well a face to face and meeting with the team, seeing the office etc. All feedback with be promptly relayed back to you.

Parking is available and free. There are also good links with rail and public transport.
