Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Doctors – Sheffield

This role is for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant that will be supplying Doctors into temporary (Locum) positions within the NHS.

This role is for one of the UK’s leading Medical Recruitment agencies which has grown rapidly over the last 15 years

Due to the nature of this position, you must have recruitment experience ideally public sector such as Healthcare, Education or Social Care.

You will be working in a modern building just outside the city centre of Sheffield within easy access to road and rail links and parking.

This is a small team with plans to expand rapidly over the next couple of years, there will be career development opportunities as there will be a need for team leaders in the future.

The role is 360° however compliance is handled by the compliance team which frees up your time to concentrate on business development rather than being bogged down with compliance and admin.

As a leading provider of Doctors to the NHS you will have access to an array of tools to help you attract the very best Doctors in the UK and abroad.

You will be placing Doctors into locum, temporary positions into roles throughout a large geographical area in the UK.

Successful applicants must have a personable character and be comfortable working in a team striving to reach the branch and individual targets.

The Branch Manager has a wealth of experience in Healthcare recruitment, they have adopted a relaxed working environment.

The salary is up to £27,000 + commission with exceptional earning potential OTE (£55,000)
