Education Recruitment Primary Consultant – Halifax

This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and established Teacher Recruitment agency based in Halifax.

You will be working with an established friendly team who supply Teachers and Support Staff to schools covering SEND, Secondary and Primary.

Due to some internal movement within the branch, there is an opportunity to take over a warm desk which has peaked on 70 days a week.

This is a full 360 ° role covering supply to Primary schools in the Bradford area.

This role is both Client and Candidate focused which involves recruiting Teachers and Support Staff, contacting schools for their day-to-day and long-term supply needs, developing existing business with user schools and promoting your services to new schools through phone calls, mailshots and face to face visits.

You will have support from the Branch Manager and Administration team.

The commission structure is financially very good and one of the highest in the industry going up to 25%. You can also earn additional annual leave, holidays and shopping vouchers.
