Education Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote (Primary & SEND)

North & North East London | Warm desk | Up to £45,000 basic + commission

Fully remote Education Recruitment Consultant opportunity covering North & North East London, taking over an established Primary and SEND supply desk currently running at c.150 days per week with revenue already being generated.

This role sits within a well-regarded specialist teacher supply agency with a strong national footprint, high retention, and a supportive leadership team. They operate through a mix of UK offices and a proven remote model, so the infrastructure is already there to help remote consultants bill and grow without being dragged into admin.

You’ll inherit a warm, profitable desk with long-standing relationships across Primary and SEND, plus the freedom to expand into wider London to scale further.

The desk (what you’re inheriting)

  • Warm desk covering North / North East London

  • Approx. 150 days per week

  • Strong, consistent PSA with a large school generating ongoing SEND demand

  • Mix of daily supply, short-term and long-term bookings

  • Small but loyal client base with clear room for expansion (no geographic restriction)

  • Solid candidate pool already in place to maintain high service levels

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing Primary & SEND supply desk

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools across North / North East London

  • Expand coverage into wider London to grow the desk further

  • Run the full 360 recruitment process

  • Work closely with compliance/resourcing to ensure fast, compliant placements

  • Keep CRM and desk activity accurate and up to date

Candidate requirements (must-have)

  • Proven track record in education recruitment (Primary and/or SEND strongly preferred)

  • Comfortable working fully remote with strong self-management

  • Highly organised, driven, and able to maintain service on a high-volume desk

  • Strong relationship-building and account management ability

  • Confident with new business alongside nurturing existing clients

  • Strong compliance awareness and attention to detail

  • Must be able to meet candidates in person where needed to verify documents that cannot be validated digitally (e.g. DBS / Right to Work checks)

  • Dedicated home working setup + reliable internet

Package & working hours

  • Basic salary: up to £45,000 (DOE) + generous commission

  • Commission from day one (desk already billing)

  • Working hours:

  • Term time: 7:15am – 4:15pm

  • Non-term time: 10:00am – 3:00pm

  • Full autonomy to run and grow the desk

  • Long-term stability in an established business with strong retention
