The role sits on the delivery side of the business and focuses on attracting, qualifying and clearing teachers and support staff before they are placed into schools. You will play a key part in ensuring quality candidates are available and ready to work.
You will advertise roles across job boards and social media, speak with candidates daily and build strong relationships within the education sector. The role also involves attending university open days, presenting to trainee teachers and building long-term candidate pipelines.
This is a position suited to someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment. It can suit someone already working in a resourcing role or a 360 recruiter looking to step away from sales and focus on delivery.
You will be joining a supportive, high-performing team with strong leadership, clear structure and ongoing training.
The Role
- Source teachers and support staff for roles across South Yorkshire
- Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media
- Screen and register candidates
- Ensure all safeguarding and compliance checks are completed
- Build strong relationships with candidates
- Attend university events and engage with trainee teachers
- Support consultants by supplying quality candidates
