Education Recruitment Resourcer – Sheffield

Our client is a busy and established education recruitment agency based in Sheffield, supporting schools across South Yorkshire.

They are looking for an Education Recruitment Resourcer to join their successful team. This role sits on the delivery side of the business and focuses on attracting, qualifying and clearing Teachers and Support Staff before they are placed into schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment. It could suit an experienced Resourcer, or a 360 Recruitment Consultant who would like to move away from sales and focus more on candidate delivery.

The Role

• Source Teachers and Support Staff for roles across South Yorkshire
• Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media
• Screen, interview and register candidates
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance checks are completed
• Build strong long-term relationships with candidates
• Attend university events and engage with trainee teachers
• Develop candidate pipelines for future school requirements
• Support consultants by supplying high-quality, cleared candidates

Requirements

• Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing or candidate attraction
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational ability
• Good attention to detail, particularly around compliance
• Confident speaking with candidates daily
• A genuine interest in education recruitment
