Education Recruitment Resourcer – Sheffield

This is a position for an Education Recruitment Resourcer for an Education Recruitment agency in Sheffield.

The role will be heavily focused on advertising for Teachers and Support Staff and ensuring that all the relevant quality checks have been done prior to them being supplied to schools across South Yorkshire.

You will attract Teachers by advertising on job boards and social media, visiting University open days where you have the chance to present to groups of Trainee Teachers and also by gaining recommendations by word of mouth and referrals.

This would be an ideal opportunity for somebody that has worked within a recruitment agency in a similar role or a current recruiter that wants to move away from the sales side of recruitment.

This will be joining a busy, successful friendly team and you will have plenty of support training and development.

The salary is negotiable and totally dependent on experience. You will also receive a bonus on the teachers that you have sourced and cleared for work once they have started working.

The role of Resourcer is very important as you will be supporting the Consultants in finding them quality candidates – very often having a great Teacher available is a good way to get into new schools and to grow the business

Each year the Directors take the whole company for a long weekend abroad which will give you the opportunity to meet other people from other branches across the country.

All applicants must have previous recruitment or resourcing experience.
