Our client is looking for an Education Recruitment Resourcer to join their busy and successful team in Nottingham.

This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment or resourcing experience who enjoys finding great candidates and wants to step away from the sales side of recruitment. Instead of focusing on business development, you will concentrate on attracting Teachers and Support Staff and making sure they are fully cleared for work in schools across the East Midlands.

What you will do

As an Education Recruitment Resourcer, you will help consultants find high-quality candidates for schools. You will advertise roles, speak to candidates, build relationships, and guide applicants through the clearance process.

Your duties will include:

• Advertising for Teachers and Support Staff on job boards and social media
• Attracting new candidates through referrals and recommendations
• Visiting university open days and presenting to groups of trainee teachers
• Speaking with Teachers and Support Staff about available opportunities
• Making sure all compliance and quality checks are completed before candidates start work
• Building a strong pool of ready-to-work education professionals for the team

The salary is negotiable and depends on your experience. As well as a basic salary, you will also receive a bonus based on the Teachers you source and clear for work once they begin their assignments.
