Education Recruitment Consultant – Nottingham

This is an opportunity to work for a specialist Education Recruitment agency based in the heart of Nottingham city centre.

The office is close to all public transport including the tram line.

You’ll be working in a team of 5 other Recruiters and based on your experience and preference you will work on either a Secondary, Primary or SEND desk within a set geographical area

As an added incentive when you first start with the company you will be placed on the highest commission bracket which is 30% on all billings with no threshold. After a set time you will then go on to the standard commission structure which goes up to 12.5%. This is done to help you when you first start with the company and are building your business.

Along with commission there are several other things put in place to incentivise you such as bonus awards, company holidays, annual awards ceremonies and other recognitions of your achievements
