Role Overview
- For Current Managers: Step directly into the Recruitment Manager role with full autonomy to lead and grow the branch.
- For Senior Recruiters: Join as a Senior Recruiter with a tailored training and development programme to prepare you for a Branch Manager role.
- Open to Other Sectors: Recruiters from any sector are welcome – full training is provided to transition into the thriving education recruitment market.
About the Agency
- Team Size: Currently a small, collaborative team of 3, with plans to expand to 10.
- Work Environment: Relaxed, non-corporate atmosphere. No micromanagement, no unrealistic call targets or cold sales.
- Autonomy: Freedom to manage your desk and build relationships your way.
- Specialisation: Supplying Primary, Secondary, and SEND/PRU schools with consultants specialising in each area.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Hull branch, with the freedom to shape its direction and build your team.
- As the team expands, oversee training, development, 1:1s, and soft KPI setting.
- Manage budget forecasting and branch performance.
- Use strong marketing support – including a healthy budget, social media subscriptions, major job boards, and access to a pipeline of overseas teachers/support staff.
