Support Education Recruitment Consultant – London

This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a bespoke Teacher Recruitment agency based in Central London.

You will be working within a small but friendly team. There is lots of banter and laughs but the team does work hard together and they are all very passionate about providing a professional service to clients and candidates.

The role has come about due to rapid growth on the Support desk and a need for it to be managed by more people.

The desk you would work on is for Support Staff so anything from Teaching Assistants (T.A’s), Administrators, Cooks, Caretakers and Support Staff to work alongside pupils with SEND.

You will be working with a Senior Consultant that has built the desk to a level that they need somebody else to come in and help manage it. Due to the nature of the business and the established links this agency has with schools, there is very little need to do any “Sales” as many of the schools you will be dealing with are already user clients.

This is a full 360° role with a strong focus on developing existing business within user schools and helping to manage and run the Support desk. There is a team that manages all the compliance freeing up more of your time.

Working closely with the Consultant currently working on the desk, you will have a large area to work with and plenty of opportunities to cross-sell with the other teams in the branch that work on the Primary, Secondary and SEND desks.

This is an agency that is very keen to encourage their recruiters to think of different, interesting and unique ways to develop further business with schools and to attract Teachers – if you have a good idea you will be fully supported to see it through.

As the branch grows there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your career either down the Management route or based on growth and success on your individual desk.

• Hours during term time 7.00am – 5.00pm
• Reduced working hours during school holidays a choice of  7.00am – 2.00pm / 8.00am – 3.00pm / 9.00am – 4.00pm
• Commission has no threshold to hit so you can earn commission from your very first placement
• Commission up to 15%
