Education Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote (London & Home Counties)

We’re partnered with an established education recruitment agency that’s been successfully operating for over 20 years. With physical offices across the UK and a team of trusted remote recruiters, they’ve built an excellent reputation for professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships.

This is a fully remote position for an experienced Education Recruiter who’s confident managing their own desk from home.

You’ll be supplying temporary teachers to schools, ideally across London and the Home Counties. The agency already has strong relationships with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and a well-established pipeline of overseas teachers, providing a consistent flow of quality candidates and opportunities.

The role offers genuine flexibility to choose your specialism, Primary, Secondary, or SEND, with plenty of scope to grow and develop your desk in your own way. You’ll have access to a large database of teachers and support staff, plus support from a dedicated resourcer and your line manager.

You’ll meet with your manager once a week somewhere in London for a catch-up, future planning, and forecasting session — a chance to stay connected and share ideas while maintaining the independence of working remotely.

The right person:
You’ll be self-motivated, experienced in working for a teacher supply agency, and comfortable operating independently from home. You’ll have the drive to build relationships, achieve results, and thrive with autonomy — while still being a collaborative, positive member of a supportive wider team.
