Education Recruitment Consultant – Leicester

This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant, working for an independent, established Teacher Recruitment agency that has branches throughout the UK and abroad.

Your initial focus will be to establish your own desk identity in Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. You will have all the tools you need to attract top quality Teachers with the flexibility to offer your Teachers a highly competitive pay rate and your Schools a fair charge rate, this will give you a tremendous advantage over your competitors.

Depending on your experience you will supply into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools or SEN Schools/PRU’s.

The aim is to grow your business organically. The agency is financially backed and secure and has been trading for 15 years +. You will have a great deal of autonomy to run your desk allowing you to put your own stamp on it.

You will receive all the benefits of a corporate company with the added flexibility that an independent agency can offer.

The branch has a healthy budget for some excellent marketing material, social media subscriptions, and access to all the major job boards including TES.
