Education Recruitment Branch Manager – Hertfordshire

This is a position for an Education Recruitment Manager to join an established, teacher recruitment agency based in Hertfordshire close to main rail and road links.

This role is open to current Managers within Education Recruitment.

The role will involve overseeing the Primary, Secondary and SEND teams (4 consultants and a resourcer)

The position has come about due to an internal promotion. You will have a full and comprehensive hand over from the current manager including meetings with all the user schools the agency supplies.

The office currently supplies into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEND across the Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

There will also be a desk to take over and manage which will give you approximately £2,500 a month in commission.

As the Branch Manager you will also get branch commission which is a % of the overall profit.

This is a well-established agency with a good name and with loyal candidates and clients.

This agency has several branches across the UK along with branches in Canada, Australia and Ireland who with regularly recruit for Teachers who they then send to the UK ensuring you have a healthy pipeline of overseas teachers.

Each year the whole company is treated to long a weekend abroad, they also run weekly and monthly competitions, they have several fun award ceremonies throughout the year. It’s a big company with a family feel.

As with any Education Recruitment agency, your days will be very busy during term time however you will enjoy reduced working hours during the School holidays.
