Education Recruitment Consultant – Watford

This is a position for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a small and friendly team.

This is a newly established branch being one of two for the agency nationwide and although relatively new they have already established themselves as an honest, reputable agency.

This would be an ideal move for an experienced recruiter that may be fed up with working for a corporate agency and would like a more freedom to run a desk how they see fit.

The agency doesn’t believe in leading their consultants by KPI’s as this can often limit creativity and individualism, Consultants are encouraged to run their desk how they work best as everybody works differently.

As the office grows in headcount there will career development opportunities and if somebody wants to go down the management path they will have the opportunity to manage a small team under them.

Office hours during school term time are 8.00 – 6.00pm and during school holidays 9.00am – 3.00pm

• No threshold to hit commission earned from day one
• Realistic expectations no KPI’s or hard targets
• Choice of desk Primary, Secondary or SEND
• £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary plus commission
• Commission up to 22% (Temp) no threshold
• Perm commission up to 14%
