This is a position for an experienced Recruitment consultant to join an established, Teacher recruitment agency that supplies Teachers and Support Staff to Schools across London and the Home counties.

The role attracts a basic salary of up to £50,000 + individual commission on your desk.

Due to expansion plans and growth, there are opportunities on Primary, Secondary, and SENd desks.

You will be working for an agency that has a massive advantage over other agencies as they have invested heavily in overseas Teachers from Australia, New Zealand, and Canada and as such don’t suffer from the teacher shortage most agencies are experiencing

As they have such an effective resourcing and compliance team the main focus of your role will be building and maintaining relationships with schools supplying them with teachers and support staff.

There is a welcoming and team environment within the agency, people work together and there is a real feeling that you are all collectively working towards the same goals.

There are individual target rewards to aim for which run in conjunction with achievable team and office goals.

Along with working with the UK teacher resourcing team, you will also work with the overseas teacher resourcing division, bringing in a healthy pipeline of overseas teachers.

This is an agency always looking to strive towards greater things, they encourage and reward people who come up with new ideas and they give their consultants the freedom and autonomy to run their desks whilst giving them support and all the tools they need.

The education sector has a higher demand for quality teachers than probably ever before, Britex and COVID have all had an impact on sourcing teachers, so working for this agency which has an abundance of teachers will give you a clear advantage.

It is a candidate-led market so they need people who can spec out the available teachers they have to new and existing clients, somebody with excellent BD skills would be ideal and thrive.

Part of the development plan will be to move to larger premises which are currently in North London to central London making it far more accessible to candidates and employees
