Education Recruitment Consultant – Southampton

This position is for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and established Teacher Recruitment agency based in Southampton

You will be working with an established friendly team who supply Teachers and Support Staff to schools covering SEND, Secondary and Primary.

Due to the level of growth, an additional experienced Education Recruitment Consultant is needed to keep up with the demand. New people coming into the business will have a warm area and access to existing Teachers on the database.

This is a full 360 ° role and will focus on either Secondary, Primary side or a warm SEND desk.

This role is both Client and Candidate focused which involves recruiting Teachers and Support Staff, contacting schools for their day to day and long term supply needs, developing existing business with user schools and promoting your services to new schools through phone calls, mailshots and face to face visits.

You will have support from the Branch Manager and Administration team.

The commission structure is financially very good at 12% of all business.
