Education Recruitment Consultant – Derby

This position is for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Teacher Recruitment agency based in Derby.

This position has come about due to growth plans.

The current desks that need filling more urgently are the Secondary and SEND desks. This could be split separately or a joint desk covering both Secondary and SEND. There is also room to grow the Primary team.

The geographical you will work on covers Nottingham and Derby there is already a candidate and users clients in each city.

This role is for a recruiter that is used to managing their own workload and desk, one that thrives on having the autonomy to run their desk as their own business.

This agency can offer a clear, progressive carer plan which is based on merit. Due to expansion plans, there is plenty of room for aspiring recruiters to establish themselves and further their career.

It is imperative for this role that you have education recruitment experience and a proven track record as a 360° recruiter.

This is an established, stable agency part of a larger group with offices across the whole of the UK and overseas.

Part of your role will involve business development, candidate attraction, compliance (a compliance administrator is in branch) School visits, attending education conferences.
