Fox Search is working with a hugely successful independent education recruitment agency based in Kent that’s looking to grow its team.

This is a business that’s really impressed us, not just because of how successful they’ve become, but because of how much they’ve invested in making sure their consultants have everything they need to succeed.

Run by experienced, hands-on billing directors who really know the education recruitment market, the business has gone from strength to strength and recently achieved a company personal best.

They’re now looking for experienced Education Recruitment Consultants to join them as they continue to grow.

The Opportunity

The agency covers London across Primary, Secondary and SEND, with consultants managing geographical territories rather than being restricted to one specialism.

Their main focus is long-term supply and permanent recruitment, although their day-to-day business is also growing following several new academy trust agreements.

They already have excellent relationships with schools and major academy trusts across London, but there’s still plenty of room to develop new business.

They’re particularly interested in speaking with consultants who have experience covering Southwest London, including Wandsworth, Merton, Kingston, Sutton, Croydon and Lambeth, although experience covering other areas of London would also be of interest.

Experience across Primary, Secondary or SEND would all be of interest, particularly if you’ve worked with schools across London.

Location & Working Hours

The business is based in Kent, with standard working hours of 8.30am–5.30pm and some flexibility.

This is predominantly an office-based opportunity, with the business keen to build a strong team working together.
