Are you a successful recruiter looking for a genuine hot desk with immediate earnings, exceptional support and a clear route into leadership?
Our client, a highly respected education recruitment business, is looking to appoint either an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant or an established Recruitment Manager to take ownership of a successful Primary Education desk covering Bedfordshire and Luton.
This is not a cold-start opportunity.
You’ll inherit a hot desk with established client relationships, regular vacancies and immediate billing potential, giving you the opportunity to earn commission from day one while continuing to develop and grow the desk throughout the academic year.
For the right individual, the role can be shaped around your experience, making this an exciting opportunity for both high-performing consultants and experienced recruitment managers.
The Opportunity
Based from the company’s Hertfordshire office, you’ll manage a well-established Primary Education desk covering:
- Bedford
- Central Bedfordshire
- Luton
- More than 225 mainstream primary schools
- Specialist SEN settings
- Tuition opportunities across the region
The desk has an excellent billing history, strong client relationships and significant scope for future growth, supported by recently secured partnership agreements across the region.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, developing quality candidates and growing a highly successful desk.
Start Earning From Day One
Unlike many recruitment opportunities, this hot desk already has business secured for the upcoming academic year.
Based on current bookings, the successful consultant can expect to earn approximately £1,000 per month in commission from day one, with significant potential to increase earnings as the desk continues to grow.
If you’re looking for a role where you can hit the ground running rather than spending months building a desk from scratch, this is it.

Support includes:
- Candidate registrations.
- Initial candidate interviews.
- Candidate sourcing.
