Education Recruitment Consultant – Warm Desk (Nurseries)

This is an opportunity for an experienced education recruiter to step into a warm desk specialising in nurseries within a growing agency based in Essex (towards Southend-on-Sea).

You will inherit an active desk with existing business, and commission is paid from day one on current billings. This gives immediate earning potential rather than starting from scratch.

The role is full 360, with the agency already on major PSL agreements, giving access to live roles and established client relationships. You will also have support from admin and resourcing teams, allowing you to focus on delivery and growth.

Nursery experience is not essential. Full training will be provided, so this could suit a recruiter from a Primary, Secondary or SEND background looking to move into a new market.

The Role

• Take over and develop a warm nursery desk
• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Work across live PSL accounts with active demand
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Deliver a full 360 recruitment service
• Work closely with admin and support teams

Package & Working Pattern

• Commission at 20% with a low threshold
• Commission paid on existing business
• Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
• Office hours 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Hybrid working – 2 to 3 days from home
• Office based in East Essex (towards Southend-on-Sea)
• Parking costs covered by the company

• Experience within education recruitment is essential
