Education Recruitment Consultant Account Manager- up to £40,000
Education Recruitment Consultant – Account Management Focus
This is an opportunity for an experienced education recruitment consultant to join an established agency supporting a large, existing contract with schools.
This is not a sales-led role. The business is already on approved PSLs and has long-standing relationships in place, so the focus is on managing and developing those accounts rather than winning new business.
You will manage multiple school and trust relationships across Primary, Secondary and SEND, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service. The role is built around trust, reliability and strong communication, with a clear focus on maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.
You will work closely with key decision makers within schools, building long-term relationships and becoming a go-to contact for their recruitment needs. The focus is on understanding demand, planning ahead and delivering consistently.
Internally, you will work closely with the resourcing team to ensure the right candidates are sourced and presented quickly. Candidate relationships are equally important, with responsibility for managing availability and maintaining strong fill rates.
The business has an established reputation within education recruitment, with strong school relationships and a consistent flow of bookings. You will step into a stable and well-supported desk from day one.
