Yorkshire Hub Manager – Education Recruitment Manager
Our client is one of the UK’s most established education recruitment providers, partnering with schools, academies and multi-academy trusts to supply high-quality teaching and support staff across the education sector. With a reputation built over more than two decades, they are known for delivering tailored workforce solutions to schools and supporting educators in finding the right opportunities.
Due to significant growth and the award of a guaranteed £2 million contract, our client is launching a brand new Yorkshire hub and is now seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Manager to lead the branch.
This is a rare opportunity to build a team and grow a new office with genuine financial backing and an existing revenue stream already in place.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for establishing and leading the new Yorkshire hub, building on strong foundations that are already in place.

Two consultants are already generating circa £8,000 GP per week

A guaranteed £2 million contract will be delivered into the branch

Full operational, marketing and leadership support from the wider business

The Role
As Yorkshire Hub Manager, you will:

Lead and grow the new Yorkshire branch

Continue billing while developing and managing a team

Build and strengthen relationships with schools across the region

Develop consultants and drive branch performance

Deliver against a major contract while expanding new business

Shape the strategy and culture of the new hub
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with:

Experienced Billing Managers within education recruitment

Senior Education Recruitment Consultants ready to step into management
You will ideally:

Have a proven billing record in education recruitment within Yorkshire
-
Have experience recruiting across Primary, Secondary or SEND
-
Be commercially driven with strong client relationships

Have leadership potential or experience developing consultants
-
Be excited by the opportunity to build something with strong backing
