Account Manager (MSP – Education Sector) – Halifax
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Account Manager to join a growing Managed Service team within the education sector.
This one’s ideal for an experienced education recruiter who loves the client and delivery side but wants to step away from sales.
You’ll manage key client relationships, ensure fulfilment targets are met, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support schools and trusts. Working closely with Fulfilment and Resourcing colleagues, you’ll help ensure every client receives a high-quality, responsive service — while identifying opportunities to enhance and grow existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
-
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, maintaining regular communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
-
Manage fulfilment processes, ensuring all bookings are filled accurately and on time.
-
Oversee candidate pipelines to maintain strong supply coverage across assigned regions.
-
Conduct regular service reviews with clients to ensure continued engagement and quality delivery.
-
Collaborate with internal fulfilment and resourcing teams to forecast demand and prioritise workloads.
-
Provide updates and reporting on fulfilment performance, candidate supply, and client trends.
-
Proactively identify and suggest ways to enhance service delivery or expand existing relationships.
-
Support the implementation and smooth running of the MSP model across all accounts.
About You
You’ll be a confident relationship-builder with strong organisational and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
-
Experience in education, recruitment, or workforce management (MSP experience desirable).
-
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve under pressure.
-
Strong understanding of candidate fulfilment and workforce planning.
-
Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities for service improvement or growth.
-
Positive, professional, and proactive approach to client management.
