This is a position for a non-billing sales Operations Director for an established Education Recruitment agency in The West Midlands.

Basic salary Up to £60,000 basic + bonus

You must be an experienced Recruitment Senior Manager/Regional Manager used to working with and developing other managers within a recruitment agency

This is a financially sound and established agency built up over the last 20 years through ethical hard work, dedication and enthusiasm, and investment in their staff.

The role involves leading the sales teams and driving the business forward. There are 14 people under your remit spread over several branches.

You will need to be somebody that is creative, innovative, and able to bring refreshing and diverse ideas to the table. it is essential that you have excellent management and communications skills with the ability to translate this through to your sales team.

You will be part of the senior leadership team reporting directly to the Director.

The agency has ambitious growth plans which you will lead with a healthy budget for additional headcounts across all their branches,

Duties include;

  • Spearheading long term drives
  • Running national competitions and encouraging Team Managers to run their own competitions
  • Organising sales events
  • Attending tenders and bids
  • Sales training and development of staff
  • Key member of the team with P&L, budgets, forecasts
  • Implementing constructive KPI’s and targets
  • Be involved with staff recruitment and retention
  • Implementing business development strategies
  • Driving a culture of accountability, delivery & reward
  • Helping Managers develop themselves and their staff
  • Ensuring quality of service is at the heart of everything the teams do
  • P&L, budgets and forecasting
