Education Recruitment Consultant SEN – Manchester

This opportunity is for an experienced SEND Recruitment Consultant to join an education recruitment agency in Manchester city centre.

This is working for a leading education recruitment agency based in the heart of Manchester city center.

The desk will consist of supplying SEND Teachers and Support Staff to SEND establishments across Manchester and 9 of the surrounding boroughs.

There will be an initial desk hand over allowing you to spend time getting to know your schools and candidates.

You will initially join the SEND team as a Consultant or senior consultant depending on your previous experience.

This is a warm desk on approximately 100 days a week, you will cover all specialism of SEN.

This is a great desk that has flourished even during COVID restrictions.

There is also a Secondary and Primary division that you can share candidates with.

The reason the position has come about is that the current consultant running the desk is relocating to another branch within the company in a different location.

You will have a full resourcing and compliance team helping you attract the best Teachers and support staff, they have a fantastic pool of teachers.

The desk is very warm generating a decent amount of commission that would be transferred to you.

You will be working for a company that has been established for many years with branches across the UK.

The company offers a very competitive basic salary starting initially up to £40,000 with regular salary reviews.
