Senior Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer – Nottingham
Due to increased client gains, a dedicated resourcer is now a priority for a Nottinghamshire based Healthcare Recruitment agency.
As a resourcer your role will include attracting top-quality healthcare candidates who are at manager level on salaries typically from £50,000 – £120,000+
To help with your resourcing you will have access to all major job boards, have a premium Linkedin account, be able to offer attractive referrals and rewards.
All candidates are UK based and work within the elderly care sector of healthcare. Candidates you will be working with include Care Home Managers, RGN Managers, Operations Managers, Area Directors, Interim Managers, and Peripatetic managers and similar positions at this level placing them into permanent positions and long-term interim roles.
Along with attracting new candidates, you will also have a healthy database of over 15,000 candidates across the UK which has been amassed over 10 years.
This is a 180° role dealing with candidates only, there is an opportunity further down the line to develop the role in a full 360° position dealing with clients and candidates however this is totally optional if you have the desire.
There will be no sales involved with this position, purely building relationships and attracting candidates. This may be an ideal role for somebody that is working is a full 360° recruitment role and wants to move away from the pressure of sales.
You must be somebody that is able to work autonomously, be very driven and focused and be able to build relationships with candidates and work in a team.
Salary wise this ranges between £20,000 – £25,000 basic depending on experience.
Along with basic salary you will also earn commission on the candidates you place which is a flat 10%
To avoid disappointment all applicants must have a proven track record in recruitment ideally in the healthcare sector or a similar sector such as education or social care.
This is a stable and established agency, privately owned and ran. There is no requirement to drive.
In terms of experience, you must have a proven track record in recruitment.
- Market/candidate mapping
- Proficient at using social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook
- Candidate management – (Able to swiftly build relationships, basic headhunting capabilities)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (need to be able to pitch a candidate profile for an opportunity)
- Able to close, negotiate without “hard sellling”
- Strong time management skills (structured organised)
