SEND Teacher Supply Manager – London

This position is for an experienced education recruitment professional with experience in recruitment management and supplying SEND teachers and support staff.

The basic salary is up to £55,000 + commission you will also have a warm desk producing £5000 – £6000 GP a week.

You will inherit a small team of recruiters with various levels of recruitment experience. You will also have an administrator and there is a strong compliance team.

As a SEND divisional manager, you would have the autonomy to run the SEND division how you see fit in terms of:

• KPI’s
• Activity monitoring
• Targets
• Incentives
• Hiring new staff (dependant on desk performance and within budgetary constraints).

The office hours are very good for education recruitment 8.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday during term time 9.00 – 3.00 during school holidays

Commission on the desk from the start at 10%

You would also be included in board meets, be given access to overall company performance and related data around sales and expenditure, and be encouraged to make suggestions and contributions towards improving processes.

This role would be ideal for somebody that is currently a Senior Consultant who would like to take a step up in their career or an existing Team Leader or Manager.
